My existing tap sprung a leak and I needed a replacement in a hurry. My local Toolstation, as ever, had the answer. The ebb an flo tap was an excellent quality replacement at a very reasonable price

This tap was purchased to replace a well known UK manufacturers product that failed beyond repair after only 6 years. The tap was complete with all fixings and fitting was very straight forward. Failure in the old tap was corrosion products as inappropriate metals had been used in manufacture. This tap is listed as all brass construction so hopefully this issue will not re-occur. The ceramic disk action works very well and we are confident it will be reliable in an area with very hard rather corrosive water. The price was reasonable bearing in mind the complexity of the design.

Good replacement of similar style traditional mixer taps. Easy to fix with tap tails especially for amateur like myself.

Works great like a tap should. Hot water comes out of one side and cold on the other.

This mixer replaced a similar tap which was a different make. Quality looks very good and I was impressed by the rubber backed chrome ring the tap sits in which seals against the sink and gives a good finish. The tap comes with the usual flexi connectors which are a decent length and have 1/2 bsp connections ready to go onto isolating valves or tap connectors. All in all looks like a good mixer but only time will tell in a hardwater area.
