I'm a landlord and have replaced a few thermostatic mixers. Very impressed by the solid body of this one - the mixer itself felt high-end and had a good finish. Standard connections so fitted straight onto the 1/2" BSP connectors already in place, and was a great replacement for the Grohe mixer that had failed. Really good flow and water pressure (given high input pressures). Comes with small basket filters for the inlets that you can choose to use or not. Supplied with a pair of brass offset z-connectors and plastic chrome-coloured round shrouds/covers. The connectors are good but aren't needed if you already have threaded outlets in place at 150mm centres. The plastic covers/shrouds are flimsy, felt like they would be easily broken and would surely scratch when cleaned with anything harder than a feather! I threw them out and retained the solid metal ones from the previous installation, but you could buy a round bar fixing kit and just use the solid metal covers from that. The hose was decent - metal finish, 1.5m. Shower head was small and plastic. Shower head bracket plastic and flimsy. Despite the flimsy plastic accessories I'm giving this 5 stars because the main act is the thermostatic mixer and that feels and looks really good, and it's worth the money and then some. Just treat the accessories as freebie extras.
I bought this to replace a faulty thermostatic bath shower mixer and it got the job done, nice and easy.
Its a really nice price considering that you alsonhave the shower head and hose.
This was for one of my customers and haven't heard from her so I am assuming it is good and working.
Easy to install and so far has managed to function adequately.
Seem good value compared with alternatives, valves work smoothly and shut off well, temperature control knob easy to set and to see the numbers.

Not bad price, not bad quality, doesn’t come with pillars though! And Toolstation don’t stock any!

Despite having a shower pump to boost flow, this tap didn't permit enough flow initially to trigger the pump. If we could get the pump initiated, flow and temp consistency was good. Item returned.

Bought this to replace one which had been damaged. . Parts are included for a wall mount but I just had to unscrew and replace onto the bath mountings of the old one.
