The taps are very good value for money fitted them no problem the staff at the feltham branch or absolutely fantastic you couldn't ask for better

Good value, fortunately not supplied damaged after being sold as new like the bathroom taps. Toolstation is refusing to replace the damaged plastic pieces on the top, even after i offered to pay for new ones. Terrible customer service so far. I didn't want damaged goods sold as new and they want me to pay for a plumber tobremove two taps and return them when only two small parts are broken. I would then have to pay for refitting.
Trading Standards now have to be involved .

Basic tap needed to replace one in our washroom at work. I like the brass locking nut - its not plastic like you find on some cheap taps but its still good value for money
Good quality taps with brass nuts instead of plastic ones much mote scure fixing every one is pleased with them.
Only fitted 2 days ago and the hot tap is already dripping from the spout unless tightened so tight you can’t turn it on easily 🥴 Not very reassuring if the tap washer needs replacing after 2 days! That was why l replaced the old taps because they were dripping, but after a good 3 years since l replaced their washers! Tat.
