The taps were easy to replace my two old Bristan taps. They look smart.
My only small negatives are (1) the red and blue (hot and cold) dots can't be seen by the user as they are obscured by the handle (2) they turn very easily, too easy to slightly accidentally knock on a tad and leave the tap running.
There doesn't seem to be any form of exchangeable "washer", ceramic valve, or spout so it seems to be a compete replacement job should it lime-scale up.
I didn't have this problem, but should you have the arrangement with the cold tap on the left, they seem only able to use the one quarter turn; hot tap turns left, cold tap turns right. If the taps are too close the handles might bang into each other (I guess you could then use the cold tap on the hot side etc.)
Otherwise good value, time will tell (keep the commendable 5-year warranty details!)

The cartridges were very tight and the coloured plugs were too, so I'm glad I took them apart and silicone greased them before fitting. Afterwards would have been very difficult. Matching bath taps were similar
I had to return to tool station because one of the tap handles had no thread tapped into it where a grub screw holds it on to the base. So another hour out of my day was very annoying as time is money. So these taps although a good price don’t end up cheap at all.
Needed new taps for the small cloakroom basin ,these are ideal nice and compact,easy to fit and work a treat.
