It was quick and easy to setup. It's a robust wheelbarrow that's already been well used in the garden.
Great value product - readily available in store and easily assembled
Solid piece of kit, easy to put together and practical to use
I’ve bought several of these exact wheelbarrows over the years, not all from Toolstation, but this one was in stock and reasonably priced. It’s a great barrow for moving soil and rubble (and other things wheelbarrows are used for) around.
This one is a replacement for a personal use barrow that lasted for years, as they’re excellent quality.
Wheel barrow. Basic wheel barrow for light work. I did knock down a garage and use it to remove 16 tonnes of bricks. It is still going strong.
Easy to assemble and competitive although it's really only for light carrying, it's a little bit flimsy
It took all the dirt that it was supposed to. Does what it says on the tin
Very solid wheelbarrow.
Only issue is the rubber handles slipping off when moving heavy loads.
Bought wheel barrow from tool station
Great price , had to build myself which was very easy , 15 mins , done a lot of work with it and it’s never let me down , it’s sturdy and robust
Definitely recommend
After about 25 years my old wheelbarrow lost an arm due to corrosion. The new wheelbarrow is proving to be a solid replacement, it's sturdy and has an ideal capacity for my work. During assembly I used some acf50 (anti-corrosion) fluid on the tubes which should help prevent the onset of corrosion and extend the lifespan.
Absolutely not fit for purpose! Says heavy duty definitely not heavy duty misleading sale. Paid for 2 for a job at 9:30am built them up and took them back at 10:30am unused and in the box to which I was very rudely refused a refund by a very rude and aggressive staff member who cost me half a days work and £120. Totally avoid.
Great item, easy to assemble and very heavy duty. Great price and manoeuvres well in rubble with the stronger tyre
Good quality wheelbarrow good for the concrete pour we used them for
Good robust product. Not a deep barrow so better suited for gardening than construction in my opinion.
I needed to buy a crap wheelbarrow to finish a job and I indeed bought a crap wheelbarrow.
Biggest turnoff: the frame is not sturdy. It's in three parts: two handle bars secured to the nose with screws behind the feet, which makes it wobbly under load and harder to manoeuvre, especially in tight corners. Yes I tightened them properly. Being so bloody wide doesn't help either... They have to warn you not to attempt to pull back the barrow if over tipping occurs, I guess it's because you'd literally bend the thing!
Max load is 150 kg, that is as long as you just walk in a straight line...
Other reviewers complained that the wheel was easily punctured or being squeaky, mine was fine.
Many bad reviews mention the handles, they were absolutely tough to fit all the way over the bars, yet they rotate under load...
What decided me to get that one instead another crap barrow was the galvanised pan for the rust. It's quite thin and the front already started to buckle inward in the middle between the front support bars.
Even the name is daft: Walsall Easyload, exactly what does it make easy over other barrows? For a start you have to build it, while it's not difficult it's not as easy as a pre-assembled barrow, is it? Unless the frame is made of one piece, I'll never buy a "barrow in a box" ever again.
This wheel barrow came in a sturdy cardboard box complete with nuts and bolts and easy to use assembly instructions,it took me about 10 minutes to put it together. The barrow looks good and workman like.I used it to move a large ammount of concrete hard core and I was very impressed with the lack of effort it took to move each load,I put this down to the rubber tyre and innertube front wheel.
This barrow is not suitable for anything other than light work. I bought it to move cement from my mixer to the bottom of the garden for my new patio and I had to move it in half mixes of around 25kg because the barrow is so flimsy and actually quite unstable. It would be OK for moving garden stuff such as clippings and compost but notheing more. Very disappointed.
A good quality wheelbarrow, easy to put together and handled a day's abuse loading and tipping 6.5 tonne of chippings and soil into a skip.
Very happy with it as per the Livingston branch staff.
Maybe not quite as robust as some of the battered, concrete encrusted hulks you would find on a building site but adequate for most garden uses. Firm enough when put together carefully and large enough for a reasonable load of garden waste etc. I have wrapped some duct tape around the frame at the front and on the rear "feet" to protect the paintwork from damage and wear at those points.
Excellent value, was in stock and simple to assemble
