I've used this undercoat many times,not sure whats changed but it seems quite thin runny compared to previously.
Its still gives a good finish but its definitely different.
Good quality undercoat . Easy to apply. Sands beautifully flat for a first class base . Top coat adheres to it well . Excellent value .
Good coverage but not that quick drying but good base for dulux gloss
Great undercoat, i used it under light tinted trade diamond satinwood to cover a mdf radiator cover, it did a fantastic job, great price, great quality
Superb undercoat with good levelling properties. Easy to apply with a fine, synthetic filament brush and on large flat surfaces using a good quality short pile roller. Using clean gear leaves nib free finish and provides a great surface for top coat.
The Dulux Quick Dry water-based gloss is my favourite white gloss paint by far now. It goes on easily and stays white longer than the solvent ones I used to use. The Dulux water based quick dry undercoat is a no-brainer when using the Dulux water-based gloss.

Does not cover particularly well even after two coats on new and existing painted wood work. Will use primer undercoat in future which gives a full white base
Does what it says on tin, drys very quickly but is water based so no shell finish like solvent based
I found the opacity isn't the best but isn't the worst. I had good results with spraying this with a 310 tip. However didn't enjoy brushing it on. It did the job I suppose however for the same price there are better, quicker drying products.

Dulux is always top quality paint. Good undercoat and as described dries quickly.
Great undercoat, though could be bigger S quite expensive. I suppose you pay for what you get.
Been using this for years the only quickdry undercoat that actually sticks (no chipping) to previously painted gloss
Does what it says on the tin. The paint is quite runny so needs to be applied in thin coats to avoid runs

It covers pretty well if you use a synthetic brush and dries very quickly which I think can be too fast.
I bought this paint over the counter at the Millbrook store and found the staff pleasant and efficient. The skirting board I was overpainting was dark so I gave it two undercoats and two topcoats of Dulux white which were easy to use, covered well and dried evenly. I'd previously used oil based paints so cleaning my brushes this time in water was much easier than having to use thinners or white spirit.
