Replacement of lock shield valve to allow fitting of wise TRV head
They aren’t the cheapest but I like how you get a cap with them so if you don’t want to use a trv initially or..you haven’t been able to afford the smart trv’s these are meant for, you can use it as an ordinary on/off lockshield by turning the white cap. This isn’t really clear from pictures. Worth saying the Drayton trv 4 is also compatible with the wiser system, for the same price you get an ordinary trv head, I had a bit of grief digging the specifics out of the tech team re. Compatibility with trv bodies, even their own! several reviews mention not all work as you could believe
Great Valve - Just Shop Round
These are great like the original Drayton TRVs bodies, it`s a shame the new Wiser head doesn`t fit straight on to the old valve body. I tried the adaptor but didn`t like the look, so these look much better.
