This is a quality replacement head if your old one has failed or snapped off due by accident. The non-chrome top version is identical to the shiny kind, and frankly, looks better and less tacky. Good brand, easy to fit in seconds.
I returned the product as it was the head only. I bought a different item instead.

Great product but why oh why don't the manufacturers include the lockshield in the same box. Most annoying when we had the system drained, the old radiator off and found we had to go get it from local store. Fortunately they had them on stock.
It's okay for the price although I've had to change 2 that were just 18 months old already
