We buy this type of TRV whenever we buy an anthracite radiator. They look good and more importantly they work well.
Courier delivered a padded envelope, which turned out to be empty, in fact it looked like it had never been sealed. He had driven away by the time I discovered this but I contacted Toolstation livechat within minutes of the delivery. I thought maybe my order had fallen out and was in his van, which they said they'd check. Several days have now passed with no update or resolution, despite me making contact again. I had a tradesman scheduled in to do a job and needed my radiator valves so had to purchase elsewhere at a higher cost so currently I'm over £100 out of pocket for a radiator valve! I understand that issues can happen but it's how a company deals with them is the most important and so far, I'm not impressed. They should either have replaced them or given me a refund promptly.
