Very poor took old stat off the wall and discovered the new one had no loom to wire it up very disappointing be aware that this doesn’t happen to you
Bought this by mistake as you don't put the Drayton type number on the product page. The picture looked the same as my old one but was completely wrong. I required the Drayton RF601 but when I opened the box it was not the radio controlled version at all. I went back into the shop and had no trouble at all in getting a full refund. The gravesend shop staff were very good and helpfull.

Excellent product, easy installation, 20 min at most
Bought this product on a Friday, installed it on Sunday by Monday the batteries needed replacing. Replaced the batteries with expensive ones and they only lasted until Tuesday, have returned the product for a refund. Boiler kept cycling too frequently with this type of thermostat also, so I shall stick to old technology in future at least it works.

Ok product bought as a direct replacement. Lining the front base to the fitted back plate is a little tricky as there are four pins to line up.
