They’re one if those items you never have at the most awkward times. Had to make one for a seized radiator bleed cock. Just very lucky I had a piece of suitably sized rubber at that moment. Made sure that win’t be necessary ever again. Always keep some in your tool kit. Cost coppers, save £’s in lost time & needless agro
