Sharp snap off blades idea for general DIY use. I haven't snapped off any segments yet but I dont expect any issues.

Used as a long blade for cutting 100mm PIR. First cut with blade sloping to best follow straight edge. Proceed with 2nd, maybe 3rd cut, to full blade depth. Less cuts the better. Finish last few mm with thin kitchen knife. Practice will minimise jagged cuts. So much less mess than sawing, eg can do on a board on kitchen floor if vacuum up after each piece cut. The individual blades did not snap off.
Never stuck for cutting anything with these blades, multiple widths and thicknesses for every job.
