Solid metal dust pan. Slightly curved on both edges, so doesn't sit flat hence one less star, but does the job.

My previous one was stolen so I thought I would try this. It is slightly smaller than I was expecting and the slope at the back means it is possible to brush the sawdust straight through and onto the oath past the handle. In hind sight, something with a vertical backstop may have been better. It feeks very sturdy and will out last a plastic one though.
Good strong shovel. I've broken umpteen plastic dustpans this one won't break and should last. Exactly what I was looking for.

Pleased with this. Looks smart (if you care about that stuff) has a good edge for running across a concrete slab and getting all your muck up easily. Is comfortable to hold and feels sturdy.
