Did the job I wanted it for made job easier only one I could find wide enough to fit the timber
Bought this to cut my pipework foam insulation Tee's and Elbows, very good piece of kit.
This angel box is ok for a quick couple of cuts but is not perfect, maybe it is just me but it was close enough.
the worst piece of crap I have ever purchased, I should have known, what was I thinking. The fact that Toolstation sells this worthless piece of garbage cheapens the entire brand and I'm still buying elsewhere at the moment. I should have knocked something up but this managed to fall far below my already very low expectations, couldn't really even manage a quick skirting board job an utter waste of money
Very flimsy, the clamps are less than useless. Used this item to cut 35 mm beading. The mitre is reasonably accurate but it's now in the bin. Not a good purchase for regular use.
Bought this rather than an electric mitre saw, as I've only got some plinths on the kitchen units to fit. By far the worst made tool ever. Plastic is thin and flimsy I've seen bob the builder tools better made than this. It's already in the bin.
I always get quick efficiant and very curtious service. Makes shopping there easy
Had to disassemble and remove the clamps to get standard 5" skirting to fit.
Does the job apart from using the 45 degree angle, in that case the saw just hacks the box to bits, sadly I had binned it within a few hours of buying it
Very flimsy but got me out of trouble. Would buy a better one if it was in stock
Cheap and shoddy, not what i would expect from Draper.
Easy to use. Did our coving project perfectly. Recommend.
Good value - well enough made for what I needed it for.
I have used this mitre box mainly for modelling purposes which has proved pretty useful. I did find it helpful to clamp the box to the workbench. I cannot comment on using the box for larger carpentry work
Hi the draper mitre box clamp broke after 2nd use could not return as project needed finnishing
No good for 120mm skirting had to take the clamps of to squeeze it in. Poorly constructed
Bought this mitre box to cut some decent joints for my wife’s artwork. The angles were fine, but I am wondering how it will be after a few cuts wear it down. The retaining clamps were flimsy and basically useless. Which was a shame I had high hopes for this device.
Good sturdy box, liked the extra width, easy to fit 5" skirting board, not suggesting that this box will last forever as its inevitable that the angles will be out of true the more its used as the saw teeth tend to catch on the slots and over time it will render it useless, but for the price its worth it
