Very strong socket. My local tyre bay had way overtightened my wheel nuts. Even a 120lb/ft air hammer 1/2 inch drive wouldn't move them. I ended up using a 1.5m 1/2 inch drive breaker bar, with this socket fitted, to loosen them. The bar was bending! Did the job well.

The one I received wasn't made by Draper. It was cheap looking and shiny, not matt like proper Draper ones. Nothing like the picture. Didn't look fit for purpose. Will be returned.

It is exactly what it says it is - 1/2 drive 18mm socket. Fitment of the 18mm feels good, was a nice fitment onto the bolt and didn't threaten to round the bolt or socket - I needed to use this socket on a breakerbar to undo the bottom M14 rear strut nut on a Mini cooper - factory torque is between 140Nm and 165Nm and it was rusty so the socket held up pretty good. Price was good too

Decent quality, the socket did the job perfectly at a bargain price. I originally went into Halfords to pick one up of the shelf only to be told they don't stock 18mm sockets !! On the off chance I checked the Toolstation site and got one in 5 minutes, brilliant. I was actually surprised by the amount of auto related items they have in stock.
Good single hex half inch, if you want to avoid stripping a stuck nut or bolt this is what you need.
If fitted perfectly over the rounded nut that bihex socket could not remove, and unscrewed the nut easily.
