Easy to assemble and it started after a couple of pulls. Its quite heavy but works well. A good price for a 4 stroke strimmer and hopefully it will last many years
Very good machine nice size as with most draper products you know it's going to last years.
Very easy to start up very quiet compared to my old 2 stroke spear and Jackson I had.
No more messing with 2 stroke oil neat petrol off you go that the main reason I bought the draper machine.
Ideal for large gardens, no smoke or fumes as its 4 stroke and sips fuel. It's a large unit and heavier than smaller strinners but dies come with a harness
Does the job although the throttle can be a little tiring to use after an hour or so
Excellent product, would highly recommend, so easy to use.
Seems ok will need to try it for a few weeks to give a proper review I’m hoping it will last a couple of years! Let’s hope it will…
Just put this product together today and apart from sketchy instructions and needing engine oil, it started and ran beautifully as expected from a 4 stroke machine. Runs and works well with little fuel burn.
Very good machine but expect it to be heavier than some 2stroke strimmers. The extra torque powers thru the weeds and grass very well. Occasionally it takes quite a few pulls to restart but goes 1st pull other times, which I can't quite figure out yet. For the price it's worth buying.
Absolutely rubbish service. Faulty item and I'm struggling to return it. Keep getting caught in their red tape!
Very good strimmer starts easily and easy to use. Not too impressed with the brush cutter blade.
A good 4 stroke strimmer. Not yhe easiest to start. The strimmer line is messy to chsnge so i will look for a different head.
Quick to assemble, even quicker to stop working, reported to Toolstation to be told they don’t do refunds and to contact Draper, I called Draper and they told me to contact Toolstation. I’m still waiting for a refund and still in possession of a useless machine that doesn’t work.
Very hard to put together. Ment to have a split shaft but took a good half n yo line it all up.so will not be taking apart.
With in first half hour of use the cutting head broke. So put on blade Hit a smallish stone and blade bent. Not the best start
It's a four stroke so it's hopefully going to be far less temperamental than my old 2 stroke. Added bonus is that it comes apart in two bits so far easier to transport by car. The 4 stroke engine has more torque than the old 2 stroke, and in addition, it's a lot quieter and I don't get covered in oiled up exhaust smoke either. I haven't used the three bladed brush cutter yet, but I'm confident it'll do a great job on the bracken it will be facing on farm paths.
