A lovely sander to use and the price is good too..
Nice machine it does everything that I want it to do, pleased with it.
Works great easy to change base plates and sanding pads dust box took a time to work out how to remove only problem I had with it
Purchased one of these for a decorating job.
Sanded lovely quite powerful and efficient.
Then the sanding sheets kept falling of the base plate I think it's caused by using a very coarse paper having more gip to the workpiece than the hook has to the loop which then becomes worn and loose.
The final straw was trying to remove the dust box.. Two nasty cuts later and two screwdrivers used as levers it did come off.
Phoned Draper, not a know problem, ordered an exchange.. Then replacement was also very tight before any use or dust ingress.. Returned for a refund.
Oh for a bayonet fitting, or a good old vacuum port.

Only one snag was velcro sanding pads after a while slip off loosing there grip
Good sander only downfall the dust catcher isn’t great creates far too much dust , even with a vacuum attached
I had high hopes, quickly dashed. The problem is that it doesn't have any speed control, either on full speed or off, so the hook backing on the sanding sheets quickly fail. If the machine could be slowed down, I'm sure the sheets would last longer. So its a NO from me, don't buy.
Makes wood smooth in a very satisfactory manner while sucking in most of the dust generated. That said, I would still wear a mask. But clearing up after is much easier.
You have everything a customer desires from catalog to online shopping the best service is without a doubt click and collect....and you refund if not collected....this is first class service by any standard.
Machine functioned as described but the sanding sheets were awful, failing to stay attached to the pad longer than a few minutes. Or splitting along the perforations in the middle.
Great little sander nice and cheap
Boght to do some awkwad finish sanding on some stairs , unfortunately the velcro pad doesnt hold the sandpaper well enough and ends up clogging up . Not really fit for purpose and i will sadly return it .
Good quality sander, decent price. Only drag is the lead is too short, but that seems standard for all sanders.

Absolutely Useless and waste of money
This is a brilliant detailed sander that has been used to the max in all my diy jobs around the house the last week. It's a strong workhorse. Feels very sturdy and upto any task I put it through. I have been using it for the ceilings, Walls and even all the woodwork and painted surfaces around the home. I love the dust collection box it has saves me messing around with a shop vac. It also feels very comfy in the hand whilst using it and the vibration isn't that bad as I have used other's from other top brands that have a lot more vibration. Rounding this off I will say that I am very pleased with the purchase and I have recommended it to some of my friends. I Give it 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
