Worked well except is smaller than the older pipework and the adapter does not fit,used old pipe connector in combination which saved the day.
Bought this and spent the next few weeks getting hounded for a review soooo 1 star? It’s a cheap waste kit what do you expect
Bought one of these in haste when doing a job. Never again.!!...complete rubbish. You get a bag of bits that like other reviewers have said that take ages to try and figure it out. Also, didn't realise the U Bend is not a proper U Bend...it is manufactured with a sort of 'kink' in it that will just clog up with use. Never again...returned it for a 'proper' kit. The smoothest part of the process was the helpful staff at my local store who processed the return and refund....
Stupidly bought this in a hurry to fit to a Reginox ceramic sink. As soon as I attempted to fit the piece of crap I regretted my choice -simply put IT DOESN’T WORK! Wasted an entire morning trying various different methods to make it fit before I went back to Toolstation and bought the McAlpine kit, which took 10 minutes to fit. Simple lesson here -never buy this unbranded trash, stick to proper recognised manufacturers, you’ll save money and time and tears in the long run.
Fitted one of these for a customer - found it to be far inferior to other brands , there was a lot of trimming to make fit and all the joints were reliant on a plastic washer only , I would definitely not recommend this product , if it hadn’t been for the fact that I had to trim it to fit I would have returned it
While it did the required job ,there was as a lot of messing about to get it to fit properly .
It felt cheap and was less than half the price of the other kit available in Toolstation .
I hope i dont regret my decision to purchase the cheaper option .
Fitted new double bowl sink which didn't come with kit, this was ideal for job and a good price.
I needed a bowl and half waste, initially purchased a cheaper make, that soon got returned and replaced with this, having used these previously and know what quality they are I should’ve just bought this and saved myself time, but you have to try alternatives occasionally, but not in future this will be my go to waste when I need it

The quality of the material and the tolerances are terrible. The outlet to the waste after the u-bend is particularly bad designed and not fit for purpose. Buy the more expensive branded versions which I had to do. Wish I'd done it first as last, would have saved me a second journey.
Got one to replace on a double sink, cheap and nasty parts and fittings I think the designer hoped gravity would hold the trap on because the fitting didn't and to top it off it would not connect to the 40mm waste pipe it is now in the bin which is the best place for it.

Really bad. The Ubend is ovalized and impossible to get a tight seal. Feels low quality plastic. Wish I read the reviews before purchase.

Not good. As others have commented, quality rather poor. Difficult to avoid cross-threading some of the joint nuts, and the plastic conical seals are just not very convincing. I've used it temporarily to get going but will be replacing it with the McAlpine version very soon.
Terrible product doesn’t fit to 40mm pipe work buy McAlpine instead and save a return journey to exchange.
I bought this as it was cheaper than the branded alternative on offer from Toolstation. I wish I’d paid a little more and got the branded product. The material feels cheap and not very robust, the fittings don’t feel secure and firm when tightened, compression seals are plastic rather than rubber, and it needs extra fittings to make it compatible with standard 40mm or 32mm waste pipe. Not worth saving a few quid for flimsy quality. I fear it will leak if knocked a few times in the sink unit. Not worth the risk, spend a little more and get a good quality one.

Absolutely disgusting service - took public transport to get to Canning Town branch to collect prepaid item, due to a bad leg - the staff handed me a ripped bag from previous returns with all parts In loose bits with parts missing what a waste of time, didn’t offer a bag or a box so I can carry the items.Staff couldn’t care less.
I have used many brands over the years but this is the worst I’ve had to struggle with. The screw connections are flimsy, the waste basket connections aren’t flat mating surfaces, the gasket/o rings are brittle and jamb.
