Ordered this door closure online, and it was ready for a next day collection, item is of good quality and fitted as expected, i was happy with the service i received when i collected the item.
The door closer works fine once fitted however the instructions are not fully idiot proof as they confused me for a while, hence the four stars the closer itself deserves the full five.
I got this to replace a door closer that wasn't performing anymore. This one does the job and closes the door with a click every time.
Used and fitted on internal door, parallel arm used, instructions not 100% but have done this before , so no big issue...works well giving a nice soft closing action, being white makes it ideal as less visible

Good quality door closure, seems well made and robust, and works perfectly with a nice steady close and the door latching. I bought several of the white ones, very pleased with how they look, not as harsh / industrial looking as the grey / silver ones. Really easy to fit with the enclosed template but read the fitting instructions first. Only slight negative was the number of screws and bolts included, most of which I didn't need (I think)?

I have just fitted this to a fire door following a landlord's review of safety. A straightforward job to fit, and woks perfectly right out of the box. Good to have plenty of alternative fixings. I have no worries with reliability as it is made by Ryobi - I always use their power tools.
I purchased the white one to fit on the kitchen door. Full instructions and templates were provided for various types of install (left hand, right hand, standard, parallel arm, top jamb). Plenty of screws/bolts are supplied with the closer. Once I figured out which type of install was relevant for my door, it was quick and easy to fit. It looks solid and well made.
