I can only give this 2 stars because the screws that came with it were complete rubbish, very soft and the heads went within minutes
Easy to install. Does the job so no complaints, works well
Product is good value for what it was purchased for, i.e. to provide a quick check on people wishing to enter the property. I would recommend it to others to be used in a similar situation, but it won't stop anyone really determined to force entry.

Can't fault this product for price paid. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable for the door is was purchased for but that was no ones fault but ourselves

Very nice and fits my home perfectly. Easy to install.
This was easy to install, with all the fittings included. However, the brass screws are not sufficiently strong for any pull force, the heads sheared off with the smallest of pushes on the door. I appreciate this is a low security product but I ended up swapping all the screws for steel round heads, about 30mm
Sturdy product at reasonable price, neat finish, and sufficient length of chain to allow access for my mother’s cat without leaving the back door wide open!

Looks good and works well. Note that are only 2 screws securing the chain keep, which may not be as secure as similar door chains. Overall good quality for the price.
