Great piece of kit to use with Green Line laser level. One man simple leveling exercise as opposed to a dumpy level and staff.

Very useful in outdoor daylight use. Struggled to see the line before I got this detector.
Made my green line laser worthwhile outside, before I couldn’t really see the line unless it was dark but this found the laser line easily on a rare sunny day.

It doesn't work as described
Says outdoor and 50m but in day light it's absolutely useless I can see my laser much more far when this receiver can react
I purchased this to use out side but you are lucky if it works more than 8 meters
Terrific addition to my Dewalt Laser. It makes it easy to locate the beam in bright sunlight.
I bought this to use with my DW088CG cross line green laser level in order to extend its range. Outdoors the lines could only be seen for about 3m with the naked eye (or maybe a bit further at dusk). With the detector I was able to set the grade for my drive up to 52m at which point I ran out of drive! Does exactly what you'd expect, very well.
Works great outside when you can not see green laser especially at a distance.

I would love to leave a review on the product. After trying to contact tool station through various methods. I still haven’t had a reply, so 2 weeks on and I’m still waiting for the delivery to turn up.
