Good quality SDS bit. Cut into normal bricks with ease.

So far this drill bit is performing well. Drilled into a concrete lintel in seconds.

I bought this for drilling through old hard bricks. After 15 mins of cooling down the bit every other minute I made VERY SLOW progress with this. My father's old 30 year old drill bit went through the bricks like butter, but I need this drill bit for the extra 20mm length. 12 holes drilled with my dads' old bit took just over 10 mins. And this drill bit took 25 mins just to do ONE! Don't waste your money, this is a case of when you DON'T get the quality you pay for. It didn't break though.....

Never have any complaints with Dewalt gear you know what your getting everytime.

Went for the mid price version of the sds drill fid not last any longer than the cheap ones.

Burnt out and tip flattened after 20 mins of use on breeze block.

Nice drill which blasted through brick very easily

This is a good drill bit for masonry and concrete but you need to use it in a powerful SDS drill (e.g. Titan TTB653). Small hammer drills won't do.

Great all round drill bit, bought it to drill through 2" thick garden fence rails, worked a treat
