This has been an excellent purchase. Cutting down the edge of tongue and groove floorboards to making holes in plasterboard for switches. Easy to change the blade as no tools required to do this. Plus it was good value.

Purchased this tool as my old one was getting on a bit. (A bit like me). It is better than i thought. At low speed it is very quite.
Great multi tool, cuts through wood and nails super fast. Quick release tool mounting device is a game changer. High speed oscillations make life very easy. I also like the carry case which mounts onto other DeWalt kit. I will be buying other DeWalt tools in the future.

Bought to undercut skirting boards for new lvt flooring. Well worth the cost in time saved not having to remove boards. Took a bit of time getting used to; best results for cuts were by taking it slow & steady with only light pressure on the cutting blade. Good investment, now being used for a multitude of other small jobs.

This is the first time I've bought/used a multitool. This one feels solid & very well made. It easily did the job I bought it for, (cutting some copper pipe flush to the wall behind our close-coupled loo). I've since use it to cut some precise non-circular holes in the middle of wooden sheets which it was perfect for. Maybe it was overkill buying De Walt as a simple DIYer but Toolstation had it at a good price and it should see me out.
Powerful, does the job. Bought to remove grout from bathroom tiles and worked well. Since used on wood and equally up to the task. Well built and sturdy.

Faced with taking out a kitchen (including several sq m of wall tiles and even more floor tiles, plus all adhesive), I thought it was time to step-up a gear and try a multi tool! Wow! What a revelation? Tile removal is simple, adhesive comes off with the scraper attachment - it’s already paid for itself in time saved. Like all DeWalt kit, it weighs a bit, but not uncomfortably heavy considering what it is doing!! 5 stars - I’d give it 10 if I could - it’s a brilliant bit of kit!!! Unusually, TS didn’t have the best price online, but they got my custom as their next day delivery is reliable and I needed it PDQ!
