I wanted a cordless strimmer for the lower noise, ease of use, less pollution and smell and hassle. Expensive but powerful, long battery life. So far so good.

Had some excessive overgrowth to cut. This did the job really well. Not used the cord strimmer attachment yet. Assembly instructions not clear. Must use proper PPE.
Delivery was well organised despite the Covid lockdown. However, the box was a bit battered but it was not clear this happened in transit since the strimmer was manufactured early in 2018 i.e. 2 years ago so the damage could have happened in storage. The strimmer works fine and there were no problems registering with Dewalt it for the 3 year warranty . Time will tell if the long storage will adversely affect the life of the battery.
