I decided to go for this Dewalt impact driver as most of my cordless power tools are Dewalt and my old Hitachi impact drivers batteries are losing their power, so I will have plenty of 18v batteries to accommodate my cordless tools, glad I decided on this , the 3 speeds are useful and easy to use chuck for quick bit exchange, brilliant triple lights aswell when using, which illuminate automatically, handy for working cupboards when fitting hinges to doors, overall really pleased.

Great piece of kit. Borrowed one for a job then went out and got one for myself. Came with 2 large batteries and case. Was on offer too so got a free Dewalt hammer drill too.

INot new to DeWalt but new to impact drivers and wasn't 100% sure I needed this but it turned out to be excatly what I needed toi shift some very stiff bolts on a car sump guard. Its short size came into its own as I was nowhere near a proper ramp and had to lie on my back to get the bolts out. I'm sure it will come in usefull again but for now it has done its job.
I have bought a number of DeWalt tools of late and I really can't fault any of them; they have all performed as well as could be hoped and the build quality very much outwieghs their price point.
Bought to replace a 9 year Bosch driver. What a piece of kit. I bought as I already had an XR battery and some other Dewalt tools. Control is great and power is brilliant. My wife will use this now as it quite light.
