I brought these boots at the beginning of June and requested that a refund, waited 2 weeks to be told they need to be returned to the supplier direct at my cost via Royal Mail. Collected on 11 July and still waiting for refund a month later. Poor response by toolstation no sign of refund!!! Avoid buyer beware!!!
