Easy to use, firm grip without blistering blocks..
These are absolutely the best for thermalite blocks, as the other reviews say.
These don't pull out and work perfectly with coach screws.
Holding up a over king size bed wardrobe

Easy to insert with an electric drill and thereafter very difficult to just pull out, to the extent that I crowbarred a piece of wood off a wall which had been fastened with these and the fastener stayed in place.
These are the dogs watsits, much better than the little plastic branded ones that come in a very expensive kit with the drill etc. Combined with some 140mm coach screw's I could hang my granny off a soft aerated breeze block and she ain't light!!
I was dismayed at how soft the aerated concrete internal walls were when we moved house. Didn't even need a masonry drill, just push a screwdriver in!
These plugs are far better than I expected. Amongst other things I've just attached a heavy IKEA 120cm cabinet to a wall and put a 50" TV on top of it!
I'm now going back over my previous fixings and replacing the brown wall plugs with these just to be safe.
Excellent anchors. Rock solid fixing in aerated concrete blocks.
Used to fix a bike rack to thermalite blocks on a garage wall, very easy to use and is now holding 2 bikes
Used these anchors to fix a designer rad to a theramal block wall. Easy to use. Seem strong, especially as the rad felt like it weighed more than my car.
I was sceptical about using these anchors in soft aerated concrete blocks but my fears were unfounded, I followed the instructions and the coach bolts were held securely in the anchors.
