Product was defective. Tried to return item for weeks. We even stayed in for 2 whole days so product could be collected on dates we were told the defective item would be collected and no one bothered to turn up. Tool station couldn't care less and completely disengaged. Spent hours on phone trying to resolve and emails from one person to another with each person having no knowledge so kept having to go over the same thing time and time again. Woeful service. We ended up purchasing a new identical item, bolted it onto the same fixings and it's worked a treat since.
