We had a bad experience with this tap and the Methven (Deva) warranty dept, so wouldn’t recommend these at all. The first set started to leak not long outside the tool station returns warranty - a slow drip to the base of the tap. Having sent them back, Methven then didn’t warranty them on the grounds they couldn’t repeat the fault. We had bought another set of the same tap - as advised for the warranty - now we are stuck with them! They also look worse due to unsightly produce codes on the rear of the tap. Not looking fwd to this set failing ….

Nice sturdy 1/4 turn taps good quality taps and good strong build. They may look traditional style but are 1/4 turn and easy to use easy to grip ni e contemporary look and design

Nice modern taps. Good action. Value for miney. One slight criticism - the H & C symbols are difficult to see.
Ok taps, have a tapered base thread for compression joint ring so had to grind flat to connect straight to flexi tap tails. They are 1/4 turn off to on. Basin taps use a different method for attaching H and C icons to tap head than the bath tap. On the bath tap they are just tolerance fit with an O ring so can be positioned anywhere. On basin that they are threaded; screwing in fully the H and C would not line up no mater where I moved the tap heads to on the cartridge spindle. Only way to get them to line up was to turn them back 1/3 of a turn, which then made them loose and had to add a dab of silicon to hold them in place. Other observation is it appears the ‘grill’ on the end of the tap is not removable. I’d imagine these will get blocked with limescale pretty rapidly with Kent’s hard water.
These are quarter turn taps. Very good for the price. The cold tap, being on mains pressure, has too small a bore on the outlet, so when the tap is turned on has a high pressure jet of water which is further exasperated by the insert in the end of the tap. I think these could be improved by either a larger outlet bore, or a pressure restrictor in the feed pipe.
Great looking taps a little smaller than what I thought but very nice.
Ease of installation, look more expensive than they are.

At first sight the taps looked good, we were replacing Old Deva Taps.
On fitting it was a different story - Deva had changed the angle of the water outlet. Instead of the water exiting at the previous near vertical direction the new ones give a more horizontal water jet.
This resulted in a very broad and scattered spray pattern rather than a more concentrated flow and a lot of general splashing at anything much more than a very small tap opening.
I would expect better of Deva than to market this.
Thankfully it is at a basin we don't use much or we would replace them.
You definitely wouldn't want these at your main sinks, or with children about!!
Just what was needed, very well made and easy to fit
I liked these tap so much I bought another set. As far as I can tell, they are all brass (no zinc bits). The description says they are full turn, but they are actually 1/4 turn.
