Tap came straight from supplier. Thin cardboard box in plastic bag, No protection around the tap inside the box which is probably why it arrived with a damaged handle. Cut into my finger when I lifted it out. Tap was heavy and sturdily made but I would always be wary about the handles getting damaged so I sent it back for a refund rather than a replacement. Refund deftly handled via Toolstation contact centre.

Well made and reasonably priced, was one of the only options for had for replacing an existing bar tap on 180mm centres
