Bought this 2 year ago. The thermostat valve stopped working. I rang the company to replace the unit as it has a 5 Yr warranty. They wouldn't replace the unit as I live in a hard water area. So they sent the actual valve in bits as a replacement. Non of my other equipment that uses the water has an issue. I found it interesting that they wouldn't replace the unit and went straight to searching for the water type. The 5 year warranty is totally pointless. Now left without a shower and a bag of bits to fix it that don't fit . They've sent the totally wrong size!!!!! Absolutely shocking!! Warranty is pointless.
Perfect replacement for our old shower. Swapped it over very quickly. Feels solid and very good quality. Family are happy the shower works again!

Easy to fit, works fine, looks good. It is smaller than the one it replaced but does not look out of place. Took less than 30 minutes from start to finish, by a non trades person.
