Works well good quality finish would buy this again easy to hacksaw to required length
This was perfect Conduit very strong and durable and good price.
Cheap but thin walled, on the limit of what is acceptable structurally. Pay more get thicker !
Conduit. Good quality product. Definitely buy again
Quality. Threaded both sides and comes with adapter to join more together or connect to other threaded equipment.
Used to be black iron now plated and shines with safety cover on thread
Exactly as described, usual galvanized conduit. Not a lot one can say really.
We're getting fibre (in Cornwall!!) next week and the installers were going to fit it with clips nailed into the wall. I insist, and I would recommend everyone does, protect their cable from mindless vandalism, even in quiet Cornish villages. This conduit and associated saddle clips are ideal for casual vandals. It's to be seen if Wildanet are up to the installation, I'll know in 5 days time.
Purchased some of these from your competitor which were all bent but happy to say Toolstation staff and storage provided me with perfectly straight lengths.
My only gripe about this product is that half the length has black writing stamped along it. If you're trying to use this as a decorative industrial-look for your wiring, it detracts from the overall look. Otherwise, this is perfectly functional with a thread at both ends, and a screw on coupler to join lengths together. Interrior is easilly wide enough for two standard twin+earth cables plus a seperate earth cable if needed.
I am not a tradesmen just a homeowner but Toolstation staff are always able to answer my questions and give advice on products. Always polite and friendly service. Very happy that they still have catalogues to look at in store.
great versatile product, i used it as the curtain pole
It is exactly what it's supposed to be. Threaded at both ends too which is very convenient
On this occation I used the conduit to hang up my finished flower baskets in the greenhouse prior to placing outside.
Is what it is. Uniform diameter, threaded at both ends.
GREAT##################################################
As expected it was galvanized tube. Was a little disappointed that the threads were rusty and needed a dose of WD40 but did the job. Managed to bend it un the right places with a standard 22mm copper pipe bender which was good
Does what it says! You will need a 20mm die to thread the ends if you cut to length. Difficult to find a supplier for that locally if you don’t have one already. Tool station Draper pipe threading kit not suitable. Hope info helpful.
It’s a tube, not much that can be wrong with it, threads are well machined and couple together easy enough
Should be able to get more than one at time I had to travel to 2 outlets
