Made from a waterproof material. It works, and is not tacky. It's low cost and so a no brainer to swap it out for a new one each year.

Good shower curtain. Just note it doesn’t come with any hooks to hang it on rail. It’s just a curtain with metal eyelets in it.
Excellent value shower curtain, if you're a tight-wad you can cut the bottom bit off if it gets a bit skanky and there is there is still plenty of length.
