What a load of rubbish! Fitted this for an elderly customer who recently had a stroke. She is not happy with it and I can see why. There is so much horizontal movement that, as she leans on it to stand up, it's rattling all over the place and throwing her off balance.
I spoke with Croydex and, after sending them a video and four days of regular phone calls to chase it up, they told me that this is normal and cannot be replaced as faulty.
Can't believe they're allowed to sell this as mobility equipment.
