Easy to fit but wooden seat not fit for purpose as it broke after 8 days.
Awful unfortunately. Having followed the instructions to the letter, the seat is wonky and moves. The sticky pads come unstuck when tightening the fittings.
The seat split within 1 week and I'm still waiting for Toolstation to agree to a refund.
I would recommend this item if you want good build quality and a seat that has hinges that fit securely to the toilet pan via sticky pads. There are two options for the securing bolts, top fix or bottom fix. There is adjustment so that the seat sits neatly above the pan and there is no sideways movement.
It's a nice toilet seat, easy to install, position and clean.
