Needs at least two coats to get decent coverage. Seems to keep its ‘shine well tho’ but isn’t very tough.
Nice gloss ,good opacity, flows nice ,and also dries quickly, low odour. very practical if pets or children are around.
Dries fairly fast but needs two coats, poor coverage
Used this product to paint a six panel door which was previously a light cream colour. Previously used the quick dry gloss which was great but I found the fast flow needed a lot of coats and was very drippy.
Good paint but does show though wood knots over time,.even with knot sealer applied before application. This paint doesn't seem to go yellow, nice coverage and generally nice to use.
Overall a really good paint.
Great paint, easy to apply, lovely finish and quick and easy brushes cleaned in water
In my opinion the best gloss around. Water based so no smells and brush marks just vanish. Lovely to work with.
Used this for the first time on a property, must admit it’s a nice drop of paint, flows easily and leaves a lovely glossy shine, will be buying again
Impressed to say it’s a water based gloss.
I am a professional painter and decorator and have been using this product for years. As far as im concerned its the best qiuick dry gloss paint on the market
Not impressed, very thin and runny. Doesn’t cover well at all.
I've used quite a few water based gloss paints, and I've yet to find one that even matches the performance of Crown Fastflow, much less beats it. Almost any water based paint with do on trim/skirting boards, but doing a LARGE flat area like a whole door, is a bit trickier. I've found that paints that spread well are virtually transparent, and those that are more opaque, start to go off as soon as the paint goes on. My method is roller on the paint, possibly a little thinner than it comes out of the tin, then use a 4" synthetic sable brush to make sure the paint covers the areas just rollered. Dips in the door can leave rollered parts dry. A slightly stippled finish is not to everyone taste either. I tend to do sections a quarter to a third of the door at a time, ensuring I'm fast enough to keep a wet line. The finish isn't (and can't be in my opinion) as flat nor as glossy as an oil based paint, but customers never complain, and they all like there's no smell to endure for weeks after the paint has been applied.
Very good flowing paint with a very high gloss finish. The high gloss may not be to everybody's taste. It is quick drying with very little smell, which pleases most members of the family. Being water based, means that brushes are easy to clean.
This paint it expensive, doesn't cover well and does not take a second coat at all well. Blemishes and marks are still visible after wrestling with multiple coats. In the end I gave up and switched to an oil based paint. There is nothing about this paint that I can recommend.
I used this waterbased paint to re-paint handrail and also paint new doors following a primer with a different brand. This gives a very nice shine to the surfaces and said not to go yellow with time. It was less smelly as the oil base paints. I used a roller for the doors and it gives a beautiful smooth finish.
Went on nice and smooth, no fumes and quick drying
I bought it two days ago. 2.5l, used maybe 0.7l and its going to bin. 3 layers of paint and you still see trough. It has no covrage. After the first coat it does that thing as if you were painting silicone.
It's white, its shiny and it drys quickly, like snow but not cold.
Excellent paint that is easy to apply and looks great when dry.
Quick drying gloss, white.
Applies smoothly. Little odor and quick re coat time.
The paint is brilliant in that it dries quickly with minimal odour, however it did not cover my primed door well at all and as a consequence I had to purchase a one coat paint (which did have an awful lot of odour). I would use it for surfaces that just need touching up which is what I will be doing with it
