Goes on well but covering power is not great. Usually requires 3 coats on new surfaces
I bought this on the strength of the rave reviews, its nothing special, two coats over a primer/undercoat and still looks thin. I've been decorating over 40 years and normally use zinnser but wanted to see if this gave a better eggshell finish than their satin, it doesn't. Zinnser is two coats and done as its self priming and the price is similar.

Great paint covers well and dries fast. Water based so brushes easy to clean.

Best egg shell paint I have used ! Needs a fair bit of stirring before starting . Roller or brush , gives great results. Easy to work and zero brush marks once dried
Great product and it does dry very quickly, it is a flat white colour as the egg shell title suggests so will not shine like gloss, covers very well, I would definitely purchase this product again

Does exactly what it says on the tin and provides an excellent finish.
Give it a good stir and it works a charm. Brushstrokes disappear when dry but will need a couple of coats for a uniform covering. Removes the tiresome gloom and dread of glossing and produces a more modern look over shiny doors and skirting boards. Was dubious of brand as have had white coloured water from it previously and vowed never to use them again but after lots of research this product always kept coming up top so I trusted others and gave it a go, I was not disappointed in any respect and would recommend to anyone.
I would prefer Dulux personally… but none was available. However this Crown product was nice and thick and had good coverage, so it worked well

Very good waterbased eggshell. Does not dry too quickly which allows a nice finish.
Best waterbased I've used. You do have to stir it very well prior to use as the matting agent settles.

This is really nice paint but it needs to be stirred really well, then stirred again, before use. It is light, easy to use, covers well and dries quickly. Being water based it is also low odour. Dries to a lovely matt finish.

Good quality paint but maybe a little expensive. Brushes on well and the low odour is a bonus
Good alternative to oil based eggshell but it's best to use the primer undercoat first even when recoating same colour.
Good coverage compared to other brands I have used. Easy to use with mini roller at much more like oil based paint in thickness.
