Absolutely brilliant product, got rid of loads of scratches on our sinks
Great for stubborn marks especially when used with water
Overpriced for what it is and didn’t really work very poor
The rubber was surprisingly effective in removing metal deposits from a watch strap on a sink. It does require lots of effort but repeated use worked well.
I'm afraid it didnt work for me, so I wasted my money. What did work was T-Cut (standard stuff you use on your car) applied with a small decorators sponge and lots of elbow grease, purched from my local DIY store for half the price.
Bought this item to remove marks on a china cistern, well given the price I thought this must be good!!!
After trying unsuccessfully to remove marks I had to concede defeat. In “MY” opinion, this product is absolutely rubbish & is most definitely “NOT” worth the extortionate price Toolstation charged!
Doesn't work . Expensive for what it is. Wouldn't recommend.
After a lot if rubbing the marks have faded. It will take another long period of rubbing to remove them. I tried dry and wet but no obvious difference to me. It hasn't affected the china sink or toilet the marks were on. This requires a long period of use to remove the marks
ideal for marked porcelain.
Am DIYing my 3rd bathroom and have just discovered these. Basically an eraser for metallic scratches on porcelain.
It does remove stubborn mark on ceramics. However, it is quite expensive, the rubber is small.
Absolutely brilliant product. Been looking for something to remove marks from our bathroom sink caused by my titanium watch strap. Worked brilliantly.
Removed light scratches from a new toilet
I installed a new bathroom suite recently and noticed a couple of black marks on the toilet pan, I tried various cleaners, but nothing would shift the mark (it actually looked like a fault in the pan)
I thought I would have to return the pan and thought I'd try the enamel rubber before removing it and was blown away by the results. The marks were gone after a few minutes of rubbing, this seems to be a mild rubbing compound (in a block) and worked a treat. This saved me time, effort and potentially leaving the customer without a toilet.
Metal marks on the sink, used this and despite using with water and scrubbing hard no improvement at all.
Bought this as husband had caused some black an silver marks on bathroom sink while fitting it wearing a Titanium ring, we didn't know what the marks were till we googled and found the cause of marks, bought this rubber as it had been recommended by a few people, wouldn't have minded paying £10 had it worked, but we never seen much if any improvement, I also tried bar keepers friend, and hob cleaner, toothpaste, amongst other suggestions, none worked perfectly, but a combination of these things marks are now not so noticeable.
