Disadvantage of this switch is that it is not spring loaded and acts just like a normal light switch - not ideal for electric gate. Low price though!
Great item for the price and easy to install
Nice and easy to install and to wire. Cant real;y say much more its a weather proof switch! Perhaps a little deep but it gives plenty of room inside for wiring

Easy to install. Shame about the lack of grommets.
Purchased to go in a garage for a strip light. No ferrules or grommets supplied to protect and waterproof the cables/wires entering/exiting the switch unit. Need to be purchased separately. Also i thought the wiring diagrams supplied were not very good as showed both sides of the switch going to the load and no supply...
Crabtree is a brand I trust and at a good price, quality switch
My customer had an outside switch that stopped working and was awkward to push as small unit. This one slightly bigger altogether so check if housing size fits. But well made with various connections but the best bit a big switch very easy to operate. Have used before so know they are good.
sturdy switch and box, looks weatherproof - easy to fit.
Good quality plastic, nice click to the mechanism. Feels solid, and I find the lighter colour preferable to the darker blue-gray of competing products.
