Corner cracked and broke off as I was carefully removing the cable cut-out, so unusable. Cheap for a reason!

this one is white, with a polished surface and rounded edges, its even got screws in a little drugy bag.
theres a clicky thing on the front and some hi-tech stickyout gubbins at the back which does the magic, though apparently you have to put some wires in for the elastriscity to do its interupter thingy.
Best buy .in store or on line. my bedroom storage heater switch was faulty so I looked around to find a replacement switch and saw this switch on sale at tool station so I purchased one and could not believe how well it was made for the price, fitted and working a treat.
Quality branded product at reasonable price, ticked all the boxes
Crabtree, never the most stylish, but this is a case of substance out plays style every time. Overall Crabtree switches and sockets are robust and proven over many years, where other 'quality' producers have sacrificed a little quality for the sake of style, production also comes into this, in the main, Crabtree have retained their standard, albeit I still check out rival products when necessary. I'm also a big fan of DP switching, it can be a deciding factor given the other required qualities sought.

Quality product, deliberately chosen over rivals as it had earth terminals integral to the swbox aitch which saved having to replace un-terminated pattress as well as switch!
Top quality it’s Crabtree after all , nice large terminals ideal for 4mm cable

When removing the knock out for the cable entry the corner broke off. Fairly poor design as i was reasonably careful when doing it.
