I wish I had known above these before I threw the whole mechanism away. My Honeywell valve was stuck open, so was looking for a replacement unit which is how I had previously solved a similar issue in another part of the house. The unit were more expensive than I remembered so did a bit more digging and found this. It was easy to replace and the valve is now working again. Don't know how long it will last but motor seems nice and smooth.
Easy to install, it worked immediately and was a good buy
Bought this to get a Drayton mid-position valve working again. I have bought these before and although they are not as good quality as the Drayton or Honeywell ones they're a fair bit cheaper. Hopefully it will tide us over until the Summer when I plan to drain down and replace the whole valve assy.
Used these loads of times to repair heating systems. Always keep one on the van
Great little motor, straight swap for the old one, in and working within minutes.
I had previously purchased a whole servo mechanism when one failed. Considering that the motor is the main component, it makes perfect sense to replace that alone. It couldn't have been easier. One screw to undo and two wires to connect with the included crimping connectors. Working like a dream. It looks as if it will work with many different makes of valve.
Easy to cillect, fitted quite quickly, problem fixed!
Poor quality, failed after 2 cycles. Returned to store
Did the job, easy to fit, last one lasted 6 years.
Bought to replace the worn out motor of a three port valve. The body of the exsisting valve was in good condition. So replaced the defective motor. Now works perfectly.
Useful item to repair heating or hot water valves.
I actually replaced the complete head on a Honeywell valve with the Corgi Power Head unit and it works fine. Having removed the old Honeywell head I thought I would purchase this Corgi motor and replace the defunct motor in the Honeywell head so that I have one in stock for when the next one fails, they seem to last about 3 to 4 years. It was indeed a straight swop for the Honeywell motor and I checked it out with a temporary supply to ensure the motor and the end switch functioned correctly, which it did. So I now have a spare for £18 which is great.
Heating not working, this helped me get back on track.
Needed synchronous motors last minute as everywhere else were out of stock
Quick swap in replacement for motor in Honeywell valve. Comes with screws and electrical connectors, ready to go.
Best of all it is available from stock on a Saturday afternoon in my local store.
I've found that the motor lasts 4-5 years and then needs replacing. The new motor came with new connectors and 2 spare fixing screws (why doesn't everyone do this?). The replacement was easy and it worked without fault. Would recommend this product to everyone. Excellent.
Part in stock, quick collect, fitted and working. Time will tell.
Was what it said it was on the box. 'Corgi' should mean the quality is good.
Fitted without hassle and it works. Good price. Time will tell!
Heating not working on a Sunday collected motor installed all OK great that they are open sundays
Always reliable. Ordered and ready for collection quickly. Exactly what you need when you're wanting to get the job done asap.
