Works as it should. Exact replacement. Last one didn't last massively long.
Great friendly service as usual. The product, whilst being reasonably cheap, only lasts 2 maybe 3 years. But in my opinion it is pretty good value for money & an easy quick swapover. Advice - take a photo of the electrical conections or draw a diagram.
This was a direct replacement for my existing one. It was straight forward to install. Works perfectly. Priced reasonably in comparison ro its competitors.
Quick and easy to replace with no plumbing necessary. Previous unit had worked for 6 years without problems.
This replacement actuator was easy to replace our existing which had failed.
The problem was evident when the heating would only work when the cylinder stat called for heat.
This meant that the 3 port valve was at fault.
Rather than replace the complete 3 port valve, which would require a drain down, just replacing the actuator, which is the motor on the top of the valve, was done quickly and without the need to drain down. Just a couple of screws to remove and re-fit the new actuator plus the electrical connections to the wiring centre.
Easy and straightforward.
I don’t know how long it will last but has now given us heating in these winter months.
The instruction sheet for mounting head only on existing valve should be more prominent ie bold print. For those who are fitting head only check that valve has movement first from close to open.Then potion head on with the lever in manual lock potion. Locate. Connecting slot on valve and screw the two screws down firmly then release leaver off lock potion.Do not buy this Product till you have checked valve has movement, if not you will need to purchase the complete valve.
Identified Mid position Honeywell valve had broken down resulting in no heating or hot water .... This 'head' fits the valve without having to undo any pipework. Ordered on-line and collected locally, and fitted all within an hour ... Great value and service as usual.
Bought as a direct replacement after the last one failed. These work for about for 2 years before the motor gets stuck on central heating only. For the money it’s good value.

Replaced "Honeywell V4073A" Actuator perfectly and has now been working for 8 days with no problems.
The corgi replacement valve was easily fitted and good value and works well
Not a good replacement only lasted 2 weeks this time
OK, but last about 5 years then need replacing. Very easy to change.

Bought this actuator to replace the one on my Tower A3MID 3 port valve. Fitted fine, time will only tell how reliable this one is as they are prone to early failure.
Even though it said online and in the box that it fits Honeywell mid position valves it doesn’t, I got one of these for a job and yes it did fit on the body but it didn’t line up so when the customer put their heating/ hot water on the motor didn’t latch where it was supposed to so in the end I had to get a Honeywell head and put that in as a result I lost money on that job as I had to return I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this go for the Honeywell head as it works and doesn’t feel cheap unlike this one
The mechanism was poor. failed to contact micro switched. Item returned back.
Worked great as a replacement for the much more expensive Honeywell original
