Easy to install compression waste tee for those spots where you don't want solvent weld joints
I bought this to add a washing machine upstand into my drainage. Being compression, it was easy to fit and will be easy to remove again if/when maintenance is required.
I alway buy compression fitting they are easy to take apart when needed.

I needed to add this in to connect an air admittance valve. This is easy to fit and gives a great seal.
Had used push fit which would not seal this compression fitting had better flexibility allowing a slight miss alignment to seal, good value for the price .
Easy to use, hand tightened. Just take care to use as intended in terms of keeping the seals the right way around. Used a compression tee rather than a push fit in case my pipework wasnt quite square (more forgiving).
Bulkier than a solvent one, but if you are a novice like me then easy to use and you can reposition of you need to.
