Bought this product to safe guard against Knott's. It looks like it works and I've used it on several jobs with no problems to date. Seem expensive for what it is but providing it does the job I guess it'll be worth it. The product goes a long way and I hope it stays in a usable state. I'd probably get it again if it runs out, which seems unlikely for some time.

Still the best solution for sealing knots in new timber but hard to cover with water based primer undercoat
Covered knotting easily prior to painting pine furniture.
Not used knotting solution but it did the trick by sealing the knots on a heavily knotted piece of wood.
Does what its meant too, used it for years with no problems
Product is ok, but the application brush came off in the tin and then it became messy.

Easily applied using the integrated brush, dried quickly and seems to have sealed the knots as required.
It seaĺs the knots and halts the sap perfectly.

First time using any thing for knots as in the past I’ve only stained wood. Really impressed with how easy it was to use, the little brush that comes inside the tin worked very well. A little goes a long way so good value for money.
Be lost without this stuff, replacing a fair few floor boards on my little girls room so thought I’d buy the Knotting solution dab the knots that are both sides allow to dry and away you go
