Lightweight making for very easy fitting. Adds a touch of class to the room. Sticks very easy with a tube of coving adhesive, no need for nails etc
Easy to cut if mitre box made. Sticks well with the Toolstation cove adhesive in mastic type tube.

Nice cornice to put up. Cuts nicely in the mitre saw, just remember to slow the blade down so it doesn't melt the polystyrene. Can be welded with 2 part adhesive to get your externals nice and sharp and sands beautifully with 120 or 180 grit sandpaper. I use a hybrid polymer to put it up and due to the lighweight of the cornice it grabs straight away. Dont forget to use a suitable primer on the substrate before you put this up, I've seen coving drop many times when the deccy before me has failed to do this. As a professional decorator I can totally recommend this product.

Determine your left and right mitres standing with your back to the wall and make sure contact edges are at right angle exactly as going on wall before you cut. Most mitre boxes wont let you do that so be careful
I have never used a non-plaster product for cornice work before but have to say it was much easier to cut, quicker to install and looks great. Once painted, it adds that elegant finishing touch to the rooms.

Shame TS don't do a mitre box big enough to cut.
I made my own box to cut it, but as usual now I am 99% complete I have just bought a mammoth box to cut this last order.
I fix with clear sticks like, with temporary panel pins to hold it - my decorator fixes any holes and gaps of any size so it always looks smart when fitted.
Much easier to work with than the plaster cast ones

Pleasantly surprised. I'm a plasterer by trade and always thought this stuff would be a bit cheap and nasty. Chose this as the customer didn't want to strip the papered ceiling. Cuts easily and cleanly and stays where you put it with solvent free gripfil. Once it's painted you won't be able to tell that it's not expensive plaster coving. Loses a star on pack size, only comes in 12 meter packs, i needed 13 meters!
Great product to work with. Very light weight so easy to install and cuts and sands like wood. I'm very happy.
Nice product! Very good quality, easy to install (once you get it the right way up)! Ignore any measurements in these reviews as they are wrong for this size. Get yourself a mammoth mitre box ( £25 on eBay) and the job will be sweet!
