Cheap enough but lots of free play between the spindle and the threaded cistern fitting making the outer lever very loose. Also the inner arm has multiple holes but they are of all different sizes so had to settle on the only one that fits the spindle properly and make a new connecting rod (none supplied in kit) so that the outer handle didn't contact the cistern lid. I suppose you get what you pay for but I only bought cheap as I don't rate Toolstation's warranty / aftersales service. If I you choose a more expensive product after reading this, I would recommend buying it elsewhere - Sorry Toolstation!

Couldn't believe the price of this product i.e. very reasonable, and it has proved a good, easy to fit emergency replacement for a suddenly broken one. I was going to use it as a stop gap, then keep it in storage for future emergencies, however, I am now minded to just keep it in place.

Low cost item, but the plastic arm is poor quality plastic, snapped on first pull ! The old cistern lever plastic arm is solid far better quality but had snapped at the metal rod. Managed to use the old plastic arm with new lever to work
