Lever doesn't have a grub screw but a very tight self tapper that needed hole enlarged to reach handle shaft and then doesn't grip properly. Loose fit that needed a spacer to take up slack between handle and nylon bush - adapted bit that sheared off cheap nylon spindle of other suppliers handle and lever kit! Doing the job so far.
Bought to replace broken handle. Assistant immediately identified the part I required and deal was concluded quickly
Locking screw on leaver not very secure. Plastic lever needed to be stronger

Cistern lever handle is cheap and worked perfectly! You may need a plastic washer between outside of cistern and actual handle,as it was a little loose but other than that a great purchase!
