Bought these to replace existing down lighters but they were too small. No problems with price, quality or finish. Toolstation people were very helpful - although they checked each one to ensure I’d returned them in saleable condition - the refund was quickly sorted
This is a simple fixture that is supplied with the normal mains GU10 socket and also a socket for a smaller bulb designed for 12V use (you need to supply the 12V driver to use that). I used it for GU10 and it was ideal to fit my pre-existing 65 mm dia hole as this fitting is 60 mm dia. Note that it does not have a cover over the back of the bulb so be careful not to cover the back of the fixture with insulation. Also it is not fire rated or IP rated. But as a basic fixture for GU10 LEDs it is great.
Nice sturdy little lights, would buy again. They come with both 12v and 24v connectors which is wasteful
Easy installation and look good. Got these as couldn't decide what 'colour' bulb was needed. Changing bulbs is a doddle.

Bought for a camper van conversion project
Bought 4 of these to replace rusty ones in my bathroom. These lights do away with the wire clip that holds the lamp in. Instead you get a screw in ring, so a much neater look to it. The ring has 2 clips that holds the lamp in place and this makes fitted the ring a one handed process.
Also in the box is electrical connections for either a GU10 for 240v lamps or GU5.5 for 12v lamps.
Basic but excellent value and locking ring for bulb rather than that silly wire clip. Has connection for both gu10 and low voltage bulbs
Decent quality downlight fitting with wiring clips for both 12V and 240V. The cast ring seems to be a lot more reliable than the wire clip style. The only thing I have against it is that the wiring arm can be tricky to fit (although that's not really an issue for LED downlighters as they don't get hot anyway).
Replaced old rusty items with these and swapped up to led lamps. Fitted a treat so very easy installation, reused old 12 volt system (in a bathroom) so very simple to fit. Plug in new led bulbs which use less power but produce more light and bingo good for another ten years - perhaps
