This water softener is only at a good price because there is no installation kit provided. You’ll need to pay your own hoses and your own isolation valve for the water softener which will cost another £85. It is a joke and wasted a lot of my time during a Saturday morning.
Instruction book does not reflect controls(!) but otherwise an excellent product. Been in service for a couple of months producing super soft water.
