This seems robust enough to last a while. The thickness of the forks themselves makes it difficult to break very compact ground, but then thinner tines would bend easier, so the manufacturer obviously compromised.
Although made in India, it also has a sticker on it mentioning a proud British heritage.
Price seems high for what it is, but I’m expecting it to be good for a season or two.
Just what I needed to remove a stubborn tree stump having just bent my previous steel handled fork! This one is considerably more substantial for really heavy digging.
Feels sturdy and unlikely to snap or the tines to bend
A very strong robust fork with sharpened flat chisel prongs. Well suited to heavier jobs, and lifting rocks without breaking. Also ideal for aerating lawns, by lifting the turf, if you don't want to "fork out" for an expensive lawn aerator.
Used it a few times not to heavy, feels solid. Will find out when i turn my allotment over.
Great bit of kit, super sturdy and built to last. Purchased for a pretty demanding garden project and hasn’t disappointed.
Good solid digging fork and made in England! What more could you ask for.
Really strong handle and sharp tines. Quite light in use. Good buy.
Bought this for gardening as I was fed up of replacing the supposedly top gardening forks because of bent or broken prongs on them. And so far so good with the bulldog fork as it’s holding up well with its robust all steel handle and prongs
I googled around before buying this because I wanted a fork that is really strong. (I broke my previous fork). This got good reviews and my experience, digging up an old hedge, confirmed them. A really tough fork!
Next day delivery by Evri. spade looks and feels well made.

Excellent strength. Have been digging out tree roots tangled up with concrete and this fork has been great.
Fairly sturdy, heavy, but will still bend if abused.
I've been bending tines on forks for ages dealing with brambles. Finally a fork that can take the strain. And it's comfortable - neither too massive nor too heavy.
We bought this some time ago and after a few outings were impressed with its build quality. But then a prong snapped clean off while turning over some soil. The break was quite clean so maybe a weak point in the material, nonetheless a trident is pretty useless for digging. So expectations dashed and back to where we started, in search of an actual decent digging fork.
Solid fork with strong handle not likely to break like my last one
Excellent fork.l have been digging raspberry bush roots and the fork made light work of. It is a good sturdy fork.
Replaced Garden fork that was twice the price but broke, this one already working harder and so signs of problems
Bought this for my son who has broken 3 forks in the last week., this seems more suitable fir him will let you know if it's not but, looking good.
This is a heavy, strong fork for tougher work. I already have a good digging fork for the garden and needed one for rough stuff. This does the job quite happily. Levering out roots, lifting slabs etc, it does all that without any problem, unlike my 60 year old back . And it's made in the UK by a British company!
